Polyprinter 508

I designed the assembly tooling and cleaned up the build process. We more than doubled production while I was there.

The hard problem was bed flatness. The heated bed is a 3mm aluminum plate that had to stay flat to +/-0.05mm across a 308mm square, and coiled aluminum doesn't come that flat. I built a fixture that holds each bed in the CNC, measures it and forms it until it's in spec. I also wrote the assembly SOPs and QC docs for production.
