NEO BLDC
The NEO is a brushless motor was the fist BLDC motor legal for use in FIRST Robotics. The NEO anchored REV’s the power line for years. I designed the original NEO's mechanical and thermal packaging and took it to mass production. I later worked on the NEO 2.0, an updated successor to the NEO with tighter packaging while keeping the same motor performance characteristics. The NEO is a common choice for competition robots.
